Cancellation Policy

# Luxe Lash Party Booking Policy **Nadia's Luxe Lashes and Lipgloss** **Reservations & Payments** Luxe Lash Parties start at $199 for up to 5 guests, plus $25 per additional guest (maximum 10). A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required after management approves the requested date and time. The deposit applies toward the total party cost. Requests are not confirmed until approved and the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Customers may request one free reschedule at least 72 hours before the event, subject to availability. Customer cancellations forfeit the deposit, except where required by law. If we cancel, customers may receive a full refund or select another available date. **Party Requirements** A parent or responsible adult must book and supervise events involving minors. Parent/guardian consent is required for each minor participating. Accurate guest counts, ages, and event locations must be provided. Parties include basic lash supplies, application instruction, lash care, and safe-removal education. Lash shampoo and lash-care duo sets are available for an additional charge. **Location & Safety** Events require a clean, well-lit location with adequate seating and workspace. We may decline unsafe locations or activities. Participants must follow hygiene instructions and discontinue application if irritation occurs. **Late Arrivals & Extra Guests** Workshops last approximately 90 minutes. Late arrivals may receive reduced instruction time without a refund. Additional guests require advance approval and applicable fees. **Booking Management** Bookings are available Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM–7 PM, subject to availability.
